Therefore, the turquoise in the ring that you receive will not match this picture exactly. I say this just so you are fully aware, but I do know that yours will turn out beautifully. Returns
The inventory is always changing and we cannot completely manage it because of the fact that several stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The policy is 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it in. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
